Welcome to MyGoogle ("the Company", "we", "our" or "us"). By using our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

By accessing or using MyGoogle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after posting modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Provided

MyGoogle provides an analysis and optimization tool for Google Merchant Center product listings, based on URLs submitted by users. Services are provided "as is" and as available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Our rates are indicated on our website and may be modified at any time.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• We use third-party providers for payment processing. You agree to their terms and conditions.
• In case of cancellation or expiration of your subscription, remaining tokens on your account will be permanently deleted.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Not attempt to disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the service.
• Not submit false, misleading, illegal data or data that infringes on third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, texts, interfaces and content provided by MyGoogle are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of MyGoogle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit this content without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We shall not be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of our platform.
• Our liability may not exceed the total amount paid for services during the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time and without notice, in case of violation of these Terms or abusive use.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
